Orochimaru beamed gleefully as he noted his attack was at the very least, partially successful. He knew it was only a matter of time before Tobi would break out of his shell and pull out something exciting. This time around, he was prepared for anything. Devouring himself in his own gloating, he was blindsited by the next attack.

Before he could provide himself with a proper defensive stance or block, he felt the full effect of Tobi quite literally HURLING his body at him. The Sannin fell to the ground, but this time, made no attempt at pushing Tobi off. Yes, he was indeed feeling weak from the attack, but he managed to grip onto the Akatsuki member's shoulders. He wouldn't get away. He shifted his weight to one side, and used it as momentum to switch positions, so that he was now straddling Tobi.

Orochimaru wanted to be the first... the first to see how this boy really was.

Then, in one swift motion, he swiped his hand forward and knocked the mask off. The serpentine man leaned in, closing the space between the two of them, his long black hair conveniently draping over the sides of Tobi's face.

That face. No... no. Another?
