I'm lucky. This friday, the internet connection in my house stopped working. Just then I thought I was unlucky - four hours later, a new batch of flats would be released and without internet, I wouldn't be able to do anything, even though I had gotten my admission papers. Grrrr, I thought, life is out to get me.
But my dad drove me to his office and we sat there waiting for the clock to strike 16:00. It did. Nothing happened.
"0 availible flats" ... 16:00:30 ... 16:00:58 ... 16:01:00 "0 availible flats" ... 16:01:28 " ... "34 availible flats" Go!
Three roomed with kitchen, glassed-in balcony, garbage disposer (a monster in the sink - whatever shall we name it?), 2 km from the city centre, but closer to the university. 5112 kr/month + electricity. I'm quite pleased.
Got the contract today, will sign it and send it back as soon as possible. Aaaah - I've got a home!
