Week one done!
So as i catch my breath a lil from this week...
Well this week seemed to go fast, i hope they all go that way. I am slowing starting to getting very involved in the children's daily activities. I check in their homework and help them out most of the time when they have problems with their classwork. I started yesterday walking them in the hallway. Sounds like an easy task....but you try to control 22 eight years olds who want nothing more to run, jump, skip, crawl or pretty much any other thing you can think of, down the hallway where they are supposed to be quiet. Today I read to them for the first time, which went very well. I start the morning activities with them on monday, that includes the flag salute, weather, date, school day number and such...should be interesting. I effin beat tho....getting up at 6:30am really blows a goat hole! If it was just an hour later....
Most of the children have really attached themselves to me already....they are all so bright and eager to learn, it's amazing! I'm finding myself being very strict with them tho, which is strange....
I missed everyone at movie night last night....just two more times without me then i can make it...i miss ma errrrrrn so much, i got all used to seeing her everyweek....i think i'm in lack of ma errrrn depression...hehe
ok time to leave this mail(hell)room and start my weekend.....
