A new place to hang and another Nyack night
So Alex got himself a kickass house to stay in while he does grad school. It's a perfect meeting point for pretty much all of my friends - and it close to Belmar. We broke his house in and then some on friday night. After pregaming a lil bit we headed off to Bar A and then when they kicked us outta there we just continued the dance party in the kitchen back at the house. There are tons of hysterical pics that Ingrid took but I am currently awaiting an email from her so I can let all you crazy kids look at them and wish you were there! ;-) We missed Joanna so much that night and she will be expected to make up for it in due time...
Last night I went out to Nyack to celebrate Chris' 21st birthday. Chris is Leanore's little brother and Patrick's cousin. I have known him since he was a weeee lil 10 year old. This was his second celebration because he went out with Patrick on Friday night to do the whole midnight thing. It was also this girl Lisa's birthday, and seeing her is always interesting. Last night was even more interesting because she was with this girl Robyn. Now Robyn is the girl that Patrick hooked up with / was going out with when we broke up when I was in community college. I don't think that we could be any more different from one another. She is like this skinny goth girl...and I'm...well you know what I'm like. It was a lil awkward even tho it was from a long time ago, she was a lil uncomfortable too I could tell. She had her boyfriend there with her and pretty much just kept to talking to him the whole night.
So the moral of this post is....
