I think I'm going to stop watching The Vampire Diaries. Why continue after I've been given everything I've ever wanted? That episode read like a sweet, beautiful, steamy love letter addressed to me. It was spritzed with Alaric's cheap cologne and tied with a lock of Damon's mullet hair.

I did! BECAUSE ALL OF IT WAS TRUE. AND AWESOME. And this last episode was my favorite in a long time and the Rebeklaus was totally not a huge factor in that. AHEM. But really? Everything was wonderful about this episode. Everything. From Alaric's hair to the sibling dynamics to Elena acting like a teenager to the Elena/Damon sparring (BE STILL, MY HEART). ♥

TRUE STORY. I was already shipping it, but this episode made me want to write fic and make graphics and pretty much made me love them exponentially more.

I don't know; I'm absolutely terrible at picking overall favorites in anything. But I can say without a doubt that it would be in my top 3.
