This week has been a struggle. Not with food, but with everything else. So much is going on inside my head. I started the new birth control this week, and I havent felt much like eating. I get in the three meals, but its almost a stuggle. I have just been really down this week. I dont think I exercised at all last week. (the loss may also be loss of muscle, because I know that can fade quickly.)

I guess Im somewhat back on track, but I feel totally derailed.
