I LOVE your take on this prompt. The idea that it is protective rather than torturing is uniquely them and fits well. And of course the amulet. ♥ They're going to bring it back someday, I have hope...or it's delusion, not sure which. Regardless, your work is beautiful as always.

The amulet is my little obsession :/ I've brought it back in each and every fan art since Dark Side of The Moon ^^;;

I just couldn't see myself (for once) drawing something gore and bloody. I wanted something cute with the boys being around 18 or 19. It's limit schmoopy but not too cute either ^^

That's funny you found it sad ^^ Is it really so sad ? I saw it as something light on the contrary because Sam is here to watch over his brother but it can obviously be different from one person to the other, I understand completely ♥

Oh yeah. I found it so sad. It's obviously AU and the thought that even after he's dead, Sammy's been watching over his big brother and that Dean seems to sense him was just beautiful and yet sad cause well, they're not really together. One of my friends is on a SPN hiatus and when I linked this to her she got so emotional. She said the same thing I did. Its beautiful but really sad. Great job!

I think you are right because you are not the only one in the comments to tell me that this comic is sad (which is funny in a way because I am the author and I didn't see it was that sad ^^;;; I must have an heart of stone)

i love that you went with protective!sam. of course he got dean the amulet. and he takes bites out of cookies and leaves them on the table! hee. i really like that you can see thru him and that he seems to have aged along with dean. i imagine that when dean was ten, the sammy he could see looked to be about six.

Basically the prompt was like a Spn AU but I tried to include elements that were typically from the show like the cassette tape, Led Zeppelin, the amulet, etc... I wanted a protective!Sam, I thought it could fit better than a Evil!Sam ^^

That's exactly the idea! They aged along together with Dean seeing that guy Sam being here in the house but John, on the contrary can't see him.
