hospital visits and the police.

So far this Spring Break has been horrendous.  I spent all of last night in the hospital.  I had been at home trying to sleep, and I started having the worst pain in my life in my lower lower abdomen.  By the time my dad and I had gotten to the hospital, most of the pain was gone (of course!), so we sat there debating whether to go in or not.  I decided to go because I've had terrible pain before but nothing like that.  So basically, I sat around while they ran blood tests, urine tests and the normal things.  I had to have a CT scan to rule out appendicitis.  The CT scan showed a bunch of cysts on my ovaries.  So I had to have a pelvic exam and also an ultasound since CT scans aren't the best way to look at them.  So not exactly the kind of action I was looking for this spring break.  So they believe that an ovarian cyst had ruptured which caused all the pain.  They really could not see much on the ultrasounds because the contrast I had drank in order to take the CT was filling up in my bladder and they couldn't see my ovaries.  So basically, tomorrow I get to be poked and prodded again!  I'm kind of happy that this is happening during spring break, so I don't have to worry about my classes but then again, I wish I was having fun.

Another thing that has been going on is on Saturday, two officers showed up at my infatuation's work with a warrant for his arrest.  All weekend he avoided the places he usually goes to avoid going to jail.  I found out that the reason why they were out for his arrest was because he had missed a court date because he has two lawyers and each said they would go to represent him, and neither ended up going.  I just feel bad because even though I knew nothing could ever happen with us, I feel further away.  I wish I was a bigger part of his life, because I know this is really stressing him out and I know that he is freaking out.

And now, I am anticipating that that boy will call me soon.  He said he would be gone for a couple of days, so we will see.
