Hi Everyone!
The company I work for, Carco Group, Inc., is looking for more people who speak other languages (especially French, Hindu, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Slavic languages, Arabic, etc.) to do employment/education verifications for them. Feel free to check out the company website at www.carcogoup.com. Some of our clients include Morgan Stanley, Pepsi, SAI, Brinks, Deutsche Bank, etc.
Anyway, as a contractor you would be assigned applications that have employments or degrees from other countries to be verified, and you would call, fax, or email the appropriate contacts to verify the information. In return, you get paid and get to use your language skills. If you have family members who live in other countries who may be interested in earning extra money, we can contract them as well. People in India are highly needed. The contractor we currently have isn't as reliable as we need.
The job itself is simple. Again, you simply verify information. If you can give anywhere from 1-2 hours, depending on the workload you desire, of your day to simply update the cases for the clients.
The pay for doing this is good. So, if you want to brush up on your language skills and earn some extra cash, then please let me know. You aren't selling anything and you are working on your own.
If you are currently in another country, it is okay. We will also help set you up and offer you all the assistance you need. We are desperately needing intelligent and competent people, and all of you were the first people I thought of.
Please let me know asap if you are interested or simply have questions. If you aren't interested, but can put me in touch with someone who is, I would greatly appreciate it.
As a side note, I was promoted last month to the Human Resources Coordinator and by the end of this month, I will be the Human Resources Supervisor. I am so excited, and actually really liking my job. I find people occasionally that are able to help with the language issue, but it is difficult. So, we are looking at expanding the number of contract employees we have.
