Yeaaah, my bad! I promise to get back to my journal as soon as I'm back from Scotland, though.

I'm arriving on Wednesday in Edinburgh with my father and sister, staying for about ten days. We'll do some sightseeing in Edinburgh, do some 1-day tours around the Highlands, visit Glasgow, and I'm visiting a friend in St. Andrews too. Super super excited :)

Oops, accidentally deleted all my replies! Anyway, just in case you didn't see it - I do love Edinburgh, and some places in the Highlands are so beautiful, though Glasgow is my home. ♡

Haha, sorry about that. I tried to delete a reply to someone because I made a mistake (and I'm slightly weird about editing comments.. yeah I know, strange) and ended up deleting every single reply [FAIL!].

Do you/your family like museums/galleries? If so, there's the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. There's so much to see in it. You could also visit the Gallery of Modern Art or the Glasgow Science Center. Let me know what sort of things you'd like to see/do and I'll see if I can think of anything that will suit.

Perhaps some main points of interest in general, although the Science Center sounds exactly like my cup of tea.

The Science Center is very fun, lots of cool things.

Main points of interest;
Parks (Glasgow Green (includes the People's Palace), Kelvingrove Park, Tollcross Park, loads more: http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/en/Residents/Parks_Outdoors/Parks_gardens/tollcrosspark.htm -- they're all beautiful, especially if it's a nice day/it's at least not raining.

Glasgow Cathedral.

The Lighthouse (Scotland's Centre for Architecture, Design and the City).

Hope this helps a little!
