I want to do a short distance by motorbike taxi (these are not legal but are everywhere and police do nothing about them, they are part of the chinese picture). It usually is supposed to cost 1 or 2 kuai (equivalent of "buck" in english or "piastre" in québécois).
Me: Hey dude, I want to go to Mi Chong bus station for 2 kuai. said I with less chinese vocabulary.
Motorbike driver 1: No man, 3 kuai.
Me: Screw you bitch, I'll go with the one beside you! Hey bob, how about you, 2 kuai?. (in fact i only said "2 kuai?" looking at him...)
Motorbike driver 2: Nope. 3 kuai.
Me: Son of a bitch, forget it y'all, i'm outta here!. (no, bye bye)
So I leave and finally get one a few hundred meters ahead who agrees to 2 kuai.

Me: Screw you bitch, I'll go with the one beside you! Hey bob, how about you, 30 cents?.
Motorbike driver 2: Nope. 45 cents.

No one will overcharge me 15 cents just because I'm a foreigner, not if I can help it!! These 15 cents are mine!!
