There's a wedding!
My cousin has turned his entry way into a dining hall for a farewell dinner. I'm sure he'll be glad to get his bedroom back.
I browsed The Facebook just now. Seems like the beginning of the semester is a popular time for people to update their stuff and post meaningless crap on my otherwise lifeless account. So, I got one of those e-mails about someone changing my wall, etc. and I started looking at various high school alumni. Their "walls" seem to be filled with recent postings by friends from high school. It's been four years and these people are still closely associated with the same people I connect them with. Sure, when the 10 year reunion comes along I'll be with Kaelin and Anna, as people will likely expect. Granted I have 4 close friends right now, but the high school to college peeps are 1:1.
talked to the mother again about how i probably won't talk to her after Tet and before summer and reminded her why. it makes me wonder about starting to use their money for school and living expences. Well, it's been four years of them not paying for me, so maybe I should have them pay for school for my last few years. but i hate that feeling of being dependent on them. oh... the trades and compromises.
i want to convince emily and tom to move into an apartment with me in august. they both won't be in school and they don't know each other very well, but... hrm. Oakland? West Berkeley?
