Ploktacon 3: The Terrible Aftermath
Mostly for alexmc to grab but also for anyone else who might enjoy, under the cut is the complete before-and-after potatoshopping I did for the back cover of Zoo Nation #5.
On the Sunday afternoon of last year's Ploktacon several of us went out for pizza, and walking past the Newbury Methodist Church on the way back hawkida misread something on their sign in a way that more appropriately expressed her own state of mind.
The photoshopping took hours and hours and involved reinventing the whole sign as well as creating some letters, and the whole thing had to look completely authentic. The only other thing I wish I'd done in retrospect is to have put a moose in place of the cross.
