Is that a light at the end of the tunnel?

Last night I received a form signed by the appropriate people that accomplished three things:
1.  Approved my request to substitute Calculus 3 for YCPs Engineering Math.
2.  Waived the Engineering Career Training Preparation class.  The class was supposed to teach me how to write a resume and how to dress for an interview.  Good experience for a 19 year old looking for a job other than fast food but not so applicable to me.
3.  Accepted my work at FPE Consulting Engineers as satisfying one of the co-ops.

In addition, I spoke with the administrator of the writing program who, without hesitation, agreed to write a waiver accepting my English composition CLEP to satisfy the English 101 writing requirement.  Dr. DelliCarpini said that my email to him was articulate, well written and completely explained the situation--something he doesn't usually see from students.

Two semesters have just been shaved off my schedule.

Twelve more classes to go and I'm done.
