I spent last night feeling pretty awful, shivers, pains, cold, hot, week, tired. So I didn't get to finish off the DIY project in the kitchen ...
(The idea is to put in a socket and a pair (bottom half of the box) and a pair of switches, one for the fridge and one for the dishwasher (top half of the box). I need to put in the pair of sockets in under the counter for the appliances and get the filler out to make good.).
... and I never got to clean up afterwards so the place is covered in a thin layer of plaster dust :(

Anyway I thought I's share my progress with you all nice people (and complain about feeling a bit off colour)
