Lost

I did a system restore

and lost all my files

I couldn't back them up

because it wouldn't let me even get to my desktop

or let me choose a specific type of system restore

sooo

i lost... 3 years of files in the matter of three minutes.

not one on a disc,

maybe a quarter or so is floating in the internet.

this means i'm going to have to re-write my unfinished stories.

um... unless if i can get a geek squad guy to come over and search my harddrive to see if it's still in there.

i hope.

this sucks.
