About you;
Positive adjectives to describe your personality: Compassionate, friendly, fiercely loyal, independent, idealistic, sweet, smart, supportive, open-minded, laid-back, thoughtful
Negative adjectives to describe your personality: Slightly shy and withdrawn (I can be shy around strangers and sometimes I hide my emotions, especially when I'm sad), a procrastinator, sarcastic, indecisive, irritable when provoked, stubborn
A brief description of your personality (feel free to copy+paste your Enneagram type, iPersonic results etc here!): I'm a very compassionate person and I try to be as supportive as I can -- I'd do anything for my family and friends. They mean the world to me! I'm a bit withdrawn in the sense that it can be really hard for me to open up about my feelings and I tend to bottle them up inside. I also don't like confrontations, and if someone does something I disagree with I tend to just let it go. I think I'm pretty independent - at least for a student who doesn't have a full-time job (meaning I still rely on my parents for some things). It can be a bad thing because I don't often ask for help, even if I need it, but I don't like relying on others. They've usually let me down, so I don't do that anymore. I like to have fun and goof around, but I can also be serious. I am pretty idealistic and I like to dream a lot about what my life COULD be like, but I also think that I'm grounded and I know what the reality of my situation is. I could make my dreams come true, but it is going to take a lot of hard work and I know that, and I'm not afraid of that. Also, I just think that I'm a nice person. I'm a bit shy when it comes to meeting people for the first time, but I'm very friendly and polite.
My Myers-Briggs personality type is INFP, and my iPersonic personality is the Dreamy Idealist. :)
Hobbies/interests: Reading, writing, Harry Potter, being with my friends, watching movies, Disney, music (both making it and listening to it, but I don't do much of the former anymore), shopping, baking, a little bit of sewing, drinking coffee, Audrey Hepburn, baseball.
Favorite quote(s) or lyrics: "I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles."
- Audrey Hepburn
What are some goals/dreams of yours for the future?: I want to do well in the nursing program at school and have a good career after that. I want to fall in love! And I really want to travel. Right now, I'm DYING to take a trip to Orlando and visit Walt Disney World and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - and that WILL happen as soon as I can save money! Which means that another one of my goals is to get a job and start saving money for that, haha. I also just want to be generally happy and successful!
This or that;
Leader, follower or more of a loner?: More of a loner. I don't consider myself to be much of a leader, but I will step up if I need to. I also won't do something just because everyone else is.
Introverted or extroverted?: Introverted. I love hanging out with friends and meeting new people, but I really need my alone time.
Idealistic, optimistic, pessimistic or realistic?: Idealistic and optimistic, with pessimistic tendencies and a good sense of reality.
Love or hate?: Love! ♥
Mature or immature?: Mostly mature.
Confident or shy?: I can be shy around strangers sometimes, but I'm also becoming MUCH more confident.
Selfless or selfish?: I try to be mostly selfless, but I don't think ANYONE is truly selfless. We're all a little selfish, we have to be.
Songs;
What type of music do you usually listen to?: I listen to a lot of alternative/indie rock kind of stuff, pop and soundtracks, but I like bits of mostly everything.
Any favorite bands?: The Hush Sound, Sara Bareilles, Vanessa Carlton, Regina Spektor, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, The Killers, Lady Gaga, Florence + the Machine, Imogen Heap, Jack Johnson, and more!
List 5 songs you'd include in your life soundtrack (please don't use songs from Peter Pan or Return to Neverland here!):
1. Unwritten - Natasha Bedingfield
2. On the Radio - Regina Spektor
3. Winter Song - Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson
4. Moon River - any version, but I prefer Audrey's
5. Yellow - Coldplay
Is there a song you really don't relate to/don't want from the choices? (try to limit this to 2 at the most!): So to Be One of Us, I think. I've never tried to change myself to fit in.
