I had two days off this week and was woken up both days by calls from work... That's without even taking into account the fact my boss contacted me by MSN on Saturday night, complaining about a distribution list. What world does she live in to consider a distribution list is important enough to call somebody on a Saturday night? I didn't answer her, but I couldn't not answer those phone calls on monday and Tuesday. A disk died in one of our SQL servers and I spent about four hours on the phone and on MSN guiding coworkers. Awesome.
Anyway.
I set up Plex on my Mac, it's a really awesome multimedia management frontend that lists your TV shows and movies in a beautiful interface, automatically downloading artwork, casts and summaries for all of them. It does a lot more like display pictures, play music, allow YouTube, Vimeo, Comedy Central, Hulu and others video services integration, etc. I had tried some other frontends in the past but wasn't really convinced. This time I am :)
Now all my TV shows and movies are organized and looking shiny, I just need to buy a
Drobo and a 52" LCD TV to have a nice Home Cinema setup :)
