The student's name is Andrew Meyers and he was arrested on September 17, 2007 for disturbing a public educational function and resisting arrest. The police did not inform him that he was under arrest and did not mirandize him while detaining him and electro-shocking him with a taser.
Notice that Senator Kerry didn't give a shit and just went on speaking while the fascists cops were giving the jackboot to the student. I'm sure, you know, he didn't want to defend why he conceded the 2004 Presidential election even though he actually won it, nor why that he and his gutless fellow Democrats aren't even entertaining the the possibility of impeaching Bush for his serious crimes. I'm sure Kerry also about shit himself when the student mentioned that both he and President Bush belonged to the "Skull and Bones" secret society while at Yale.
Now that Cynthia McKinney has pulled her name from consideration of running for President under the Green Party banner, I can't imagine even bothering to show up and vote next year. There simply is no one worth voting for in the Democratic Party, and don't even get me started on the jokers in the GOP.
