(no subject)
Yesterday I wrote that thign about the tsunami disaster and the same day there was a comic strip in the Daily News--a republican comic strip--about the same subject. It had an angry-long-haired guy with a green peace sign behind him saying that global warming contributed to the tsunami disaster. I re-read it looking for the joke. Then I realized we were supposed to LAUGH at the notion that many scientists would agree with--that this is just the beginning, and this is the result of big business polluting our environment.
This is like having a comic strip showing an angry long-haired scientist saying, "The rocks that fall from the sky are called meteors!"
Ummm... yeah. They are. Your point?
