This morning, I woke with a splitting headache and feeling something like i'd been hit by a train. I necked some paracetamol, and went back to bed.
Come lunchtime, I felt merely like I had a wicked hangover. More paracetamol, and I logged on to work. Work was the normal sort of affair, though I had a few knotty issues to get into, and a few people to help out and get back on track and back to helping my fellow citizens.
By teatime, I was feeling something akin to human. Now, I'm basically back to normal.
The side effects from the vaccine were not a surprise in their presence, but the effects were most unwelcome.
Still, despite feeling like crap, I managed to carry on supporting colleagues deliver services to the public. Takes more than a kicking from a vaccine to keep me off the boil!
ETA: welcome to this self supporting squirrel cage of nonsense,
