I spent a suprising amount of time today in the office. The boffins in IT had done an upgrade to the corporate AD implementation, and AD being AD, it meant testing all of the things. This was straightforward, if a little time consuming.
What really took the edge of spending part of the weekend in the office was the plague cold that I am trying to shift, and the fact that the pineapple I had diced in the fridge on friday had been deepsixed by the time I got there this morning. I was looking forward to that pineapple. The good news is that the cold/plague is buggering off. For the last couple of days, everything has hurt. Including my eyes. Less than cool.
Best part of the day? A toothsome spring onion (I know, it's november) and garlic beef stir fry. Proper.
