One of the many boxes from Petrelli’s apartment falls on the way to Evidence, and Sergeant Gilbert watches a Burberry scarf spill onto the floor.

For some reason, that's the one that got to me the most. Oh, Peter.

The faithful flock hurries to their ascribed perches as the Food Giver provides each mendicant with His blessing of nourishing seed.

And I loved that one too. We need more pigeon fic, I think.

Claude had his own religion and he never even knew it. I totally be up for more pigeon disciple fic.

It totally did and Peter was heartbroken to realize even that was gone :(

Hee, that pigeon he carried from one end of the coop to the other was probably considered THE CHOSEN ONE for however long pigeons are capable of remember things. I would not be adverse to more pigeon disciple fic. I was actually going to suggest pigeon fic when you were asking for prompts but then forgot.

I haven't read Heroes fic in a long time, and I've never read one with this pairing. When I saw it posted, I had to click it, out of curiosity and for some nostalgia of a show I loved. And you did not disappoint in the slightest.

I think run and dream were my favorites, personally, because there was something that just seemed so tangible about them. They were true, they left everything up to assumption... without more context, they can be taken numerous different ways (the beauty of this challenge).

Claude was such an interesting character too, and I think you just got him. Reclusive, an affinity for pigeons, angry, somewhat wise, and still good. And still yearning for a time where he can be visible. (Peter's always been my favorite, so... ^____^)

*gasp* A new Plaude fan- excellent! *cough* Sorry, I'm a little evangelical about my OTP. I'll just say, if you'd like to read more of the pairing, there are tons of quality fics on peterandclaude. We've been at this for years. Anyway, moving on.

It really is the beauty of it- I especially liked when I came up with something that could apply to both Peter and Claude, whoever the reader preferred, or left a ton of details up to the reader's imagination.
