(no subject)
I wonder how long it's been since I posted here. I don't even know who reads this anymore. I still see Tigertoy's weekly tiger posts and Fflo's postcards of the day, which is why I check in on occasion. I don't even know my password anymore. It's tucked away in my laptop, so when I'm using it to get online after the library closes I can look at livejournal.
If anyone sees me here but not on facebook, I'll say that I missed nearly 2 years of teaching, surviving on savings. I got back to teaching this January. Something like a year and a half ago, I started doing a zoom filk circle with a few friends a couple of times a week, and that has been my social life. I did manage to pick up some extra cash selling rocketry booklets as well. And that is how I have survived the pandemic.
