I think that when i'm stressed out i think EXCESSIVELY about Peter/Sam. Murrr... i want to compile a fanmix for them. I've already gotten a couple of songs, but then i have to listen to each song i THINK will work for them carefully and make sure it doesn't have the words that pertain to loves of the female persuasion unless you can explain it away. :x It dissolves the ambiance i try to create. xP Like... "The Best I Ever Had" by Vertical Horizon was PERFECT up until the part where he said "Remembering the girl who leaves me down and lonely"... :\

This whole song is like... my quintessential Peter Petrelli song. Like the whole beginning is pretty much to his family, how he hasn't gone the way they wanted him to. Plus he's a hopeful dreamer, definitely the dreamier of the Peter/Sam dynamic.

Sam is kind of sassy and emo when he's drunk. I can definitely see him pulling a stunt like this in some dingy bar... thinking about Peter while he's getting wasted. "I want a perfect body/I want a perfect soul" totally brought Sam to mind... the scar in his back, a reminder of the taint the YED left on him... And what with Peter being like the Best Hero. x) Well... there's the part where it goes "She's running" and yeah, i don't have much of an explanation for that except it could be any she... some she that walked in on them, maybe? idk.

A tired song keeps playing on a tired radio

I guess this song can kind of go either way. There are parts that i can see Peter saying to Sam and parts i can see Sam saying to Peter. It's just all around a really good song for their relationship. x)
