The Parker Home, New York City, Thursday afternoon
With Aunt May at work, Peter had nothing better to do than get a morning work-out by heading down to Manhattan and beat up some criminals. With that taken care of, Peter came back home to a nice, quiet, empty house.
He had been slacking off with keeping in touch with his friends in Fandom. He should send them e-mails. Maybe get some of those new Spider-Man action figures that seemed to be popping up everywhere and send them down to some more people. He thought twice about that, though. Sure, it would be nice. On the other hand, he wasn't seeing a dime of the merchandising. They'd have to settle for e-mail.
