ok so i need a little advice this is totally serious.
before i really begin let us just take a few points into thought.
the difference between men and women in the work place. if a man were to go on ranting about the sexual orientation of a woman, that'd be sexual harassment, right?
lets just call that question number one.
question number two.
if a woman were to go ranting about the sexual orientation of a man in the workplace would that be sexual harassment?
its actually pissing me off ...not a little, but not a lot. its weird. it can't continue though.
i was actually considering just quiting really. yeah i guess if it goes that far then it would be sexual harassment.
ok you guys ready? question number 3.
how should i go about this? i don't really want to sue anyone, should i just go to management and just tell them straight that if this continues i will sue for sexual harassment? should I wait until the next incident were to occur and then simply walk out the store mid-shift and then go call my family's lawyer?
as if the customers, the workload, the lack of reliable team effort weren't enough i gotta deal with this?
