Hello Kiddies,
I don't have the juice for anything real in-depth, so here's recent life in bullet points.
On this day in KISStory in 1974,
the first KISS Album was released, three years later in 1977
they would play Madison Square Garden for the first time.
On the same day KISS was playing the Garden, my paternal grandfather passed away at the age of 81. I never did meet the man, but he had a profound impact on my life nonetheless. I should write that story someday.
It was a decent work week marred by an asshat's bad driving that cost me a day's pay.
The new phone is amazing, I got some good apps, and it now has a KISS theme and goes Ack. :)Unfortunately one of my fave features VZW Navigator, isn't going to work on it so I'll use the Google Maps Navigation app. It's not as good but it's free so whatever right?
My Playboy came today, nothing earth shattering in this month's issue. I do notice how thin the magazine is getting though.
It's Metal Mania weekend on
VH1 Classic, they already showed a KISS Concert special among the other headbanging highlights.
Firefox is acting up terribly. It refuses to acknowledge my upgrades no matter how many times I do them. I downloaded Chrome and liked how it looks, so it may become my default browser if things continue. I'll miss my personas and toolbars but what are you gonna do. I did finally get around to cleaning a ton of unused and old programs off my computer.
I found a $50 Amazon Gift Card I forgot about while going through my bills. Since I recently was looking for an album
that wasn't available on iTunes, it will come in handy.
The reunion of the original Black Sabbath line-up
has turned into a giant clusterfuck. Seriously how can you diss
MR. BILL WARD!!!
Going out and being social is nice. I think I'll dust off my claws for the night. :)
Is it Easter yet? ;)
