It's been a fairly decent week here in the HSB, the groundhog did his thing, and the other rodents seem to be agreeable as well, for the time being anyway. Work is going swimmingly, there's wonderful social opportunities around every corner it seems, and our health on all counts seems to be still with us. There also seems to be some perfume coming in this direction and that was unexpected but a nice surprise. See what happens when life picks you up, stands you up like a man and puts a hat on you? Anyway I digress.
The subject line isn't really about serendipity (not that I would tell you if it was) but rather the return of a long lost love. Flo, your long red hair and siren's voice are wonderful and enrapturing, Grace, you shake it like nobody's business, Jenny, you enchant me but you are not around much these days. Alas ladies, you are all fun but my main Rock Squeeze is back with a vengeance! Yes, that would be Ms. Hale. The new album is scheduled for release in April, but like any good temptress, we got a little tease! They released a four song EP last week and it's KILLER. Song titles like "Love Bites (So Do I)", and "Daughters of Darkness" show that the edge is still sharp as ever! Of course the fact that it rocks goes without saying. Lzzy and the gang will be on tour shortly after the album comes out and I can't wait for that. :) I'll be in the front row baby!
