Octopus is good eats. It's really hard to get it non-rubbery, though; a really tender octopus is the sign of a good chef. I was in Acapulco a couple years back for a conference, and it seemed like they had a penchant for "babies" down there. While there I tried baby octopus, baby goat, and baby shark. It was mmmmm mmmmm goodtm.
