So, things have been going great with Coco, she's so cute and sweet. You can find some pictures here (trying out gallery2). My allergies were mildly bad for the first couple days, but she's not been bothering me at all lately, hurray for AllerPet. I can't believe I went so long without pets, they're so great. As planned, I'm getting kitten#2 tomorrow morning, Einstein! Yay kittens.
You should all go see The Island. I had never heard of this movie until I went to see it, but damn - great plot, good effects, and good action scenes. Highly recommended.
I've had a rash of drives go bad recently, pretty crappy. 80g Maxtor SATA in my Dell SC420 was starting to die, a 250GB maxtor in one of my workstations went bad, my new 300GB seagate for my mythtv box is apparantely dead (although it passes all of the S.M.A.R.T. extended tests, need to try it on a different controller in another host), and my laptop drive died last week (after just 3 months!). I hate computers, sometimes.
