Messed around a little bit with Gang Garrison, as a copy of the PC version of TF2 raped my computer yesterday. It went down a little something like this

Terribly sorry to hear about your computer and uncle. The latter of which looks absolutely hilarious and makes me want to start drawing my own relatives and post them on LJ.
If he lasts until summer I could see him then. It just would have been nice to see him now when he's still completely lucid and not skeletally thin. :S
You totally should draw your relatives. It's therapeutic in a really strange way.
And my uncle doesn't look scary? XD He's like a witch doctor crossed with a trucker, with just a dash of pirate.
The school would let me, but work's another story. And unfortunately, Illinois to Montana is more like 700, so a trip out there couldn't be a quick weekend thing. I'm not sure why it's so expensive; maybe it's just an unpopular route.
And witch doctors, truckers, and pirates are all on my cool list, though I'd probably be faster to peg him as redneck instead of trucker based on the wardrobe. It's the goofy grin that takes away any hint of scary, I think. He kind of does remind me of Goofy, only with dreadlocks and flannel.
If all else fails, start a charity. Ever watch South Park? Cancer benefits sell. Especially around a very liberal college campus, as most college campuses tend to be. Get the 700 and then eat something you know you're allergic to, or rub yourself down with poison ivy (unless you're one of those people with life-threatening peanut allergies), and call in sick for like a week. I've done it before...not for a whole week, mind you, but I've managed to get up to three days running before I started feeling guilty and went back to work.
Either that, or drinking coffee and then eating something with a lot of tomato sauce in it makes a lot of people puke about a half hour later.
Goofy with dreadlocks and flannel is a pretty good summation of him, actually, with the addition of manic depression and a few too many years of really interesting drugs.
"He has all over cancer. That's the worst kind!"

Good god I love having FIMS. :P

Don't schools let you go visit sick relatives though? I mean, a plane ticket's what, about 200 round way if you go supercheap?
