Post Turkey Day
Well, I leave for SA tomorrow after almost 3 whole days in the cold that is Kansas. It was a good trip but fairly short really, didn't get a chance to hang out with my family that much, let alone visit the people I'm supposed to. Two sets of friends are getting divorced, another two sets are planning weddings and a third set are trying to make their marriage work. One bad thing about smalltown living is you know everybody and your friends get married to each other then split. Not good for trying to stay out of taking sides. Oh, and I started two fires the past two nights(in appropriate places) and the both started right up, too bad the whining choir people weren't there to see that, yes, I can start fires with little work. Next year, I'll show them next year.
Went out to the bar with some of the guys on Wednesday and saw people I haven't seen since either they or I graduated from high school. The conversation always turned to why wasn't I partying and what was I doing. Well, half of the people had finished school while the other half hadn't left town or gone to school. The bad thing about it all was that freshman from my senior year have already graduated college while I still have a year left. But I bet I have a better GPA than they did, mwahahahaha.
