Is this thing-- working? They won't let me get too close, I'm dripping all over everything. The proprietor keeps giving me this really mean look, but she could be a little more helpful, it's not like I asked to wake up in a fountain! Yes, it's all quite intensely weird, I'm afraid. But you can, there is no actual central government, currency, laws nor law enforcement here. A free-will sort of socialism.
