Wow what a ride...
Hey moosh (I forward these to you now cause I am sure you are the only one who reads them...hehehe),
These last few weeks have been crazy to say the least.
I was told some time ago that these past few years would be trial and test years that lead to this year--the one of change and opportunities and all that jazz...and even though I don't normally follow that type of thing I can't help but be a little suspicious of everything I have already encountered...
I had applied for a job at my mom's work in the mail room more than a month or two ago, and suddenly, out of the blue, they called me for an over the phone interview. I was apprehensive, mainly because i suck at interviews, but I went through with it and this past friday they called me for a second interview. So I guess I couldn't have done all that bad. I mean, I hate change but my body and soul just seem more willing to move onto different things...I mean, I can't work at Sears for the rest of my life. And so I think I am going for another interview sometime this week. This is an awesome opportunity because I would be making more than I am now, PLUS full dental and extended medical, three weeks paid vacation from the get go and WEEKENDS off. And somehow, I don't think I will have to deal with as many cranky people insulting my creative intelligence as I do with my job now. Who knows though, time will only tell...
Kerri and I spend alot of time together and I am so happy...I was really sad when you left (even though we didnt get a chance to see each other much when you lived here) because I knew that the last of my bestest best friends weren't around anymore. But she is honestly like the big sister I have ever had, and I have never met someone I am so much alike, aside from you OF COURSE. I am really excited for you to meet her. You are gonna love each other, I know it. We went out this past friday and went dancing. Too crazy...
Hmmm...what else? I feel like since things have gotten better, things with Chris and I have gotten better too. We don't argue as much over petty things and I am always just so happy to spend time with him. God only knows what the future holds, but if it involves him I will be happy. :)
In general things have been really good so far this year, except I think you should come home soon. Hehehe...I would love to come visit you! I will have to see what my budget can do, cause it would be a blast. Yay!
I should go to sleep now, lol. I work at nine and that means I have to be up by seven thirty. So have a good week, love ya, miss ya and hope to see you soon!
