ok so i told myself i'd focus much more this year
No more livejournal (but I figured I'd still stick with it, but not as much as i did last year when i felt addicted to it----my connection to the Jersey world).
I didn't bring half as many pictures to my dorm room.....
and i left my cd player at home to see if i could survive without it......what am i going to do without my music!! ahh......
My room isn't nearly as decorated as it was last year........but this year is gonna be a kick in the ass, so no more distractions, and no more talking on the phone for hours on end.......so i really gotta concentrate and maintain my GPA before i'm kicked out of the program.
oh yeah.......i gotta a car.......a 93 chevy corsica.......it took all my summer savings and now i'm poor as ever. but it runs----for now.....hopefully for a while....it doesn't look too bad. definitely just a NY car.......no long trips for it. Opening an insurance policy cost just as much as the car, but not quite.....A LOT more than I expected though! but i'm happy.......it gets me to where I gotta get to.
