The Enemy within?
For crying out loud, wake up and smell the coffee. Yes there are people in this country out to destroy it's values and libertarian way of life. that was proved beyond any doubt last year. So what do you do? You play right into their hand, slowly but surely depriving us of our liberties. one of these days they're going to have won, and you won't even have realised it. Stop beating about the bush. saying on TV that the perpertrators are "not from a single community" will just make people brand you a liar. they are from a single community. that of terrorists. and on that note, their motives are not to kill, though it helps. they're motives are not to spread the word of islam/whatever else it might be. their motives are to inspire terror. instead of holding strong and not letting them inspire terror, you have put this country on a critical alert, deprived children of books and toys on long flights and put policemen outside mosques for fear of backlash. they don't just want the non-muslims to be "terrorised", but the "true faithful" too, so that they might join them on their insane cause.
Using language such as "war on terror", "the enemy within" and suchlike does nothing for joe bloggs. we are not part of some new world order, or in the fictitious world of aldous huxley or george orwell. this is the real world guys, and real lives. use some god damned common sense.
