..hee hee..damn Im hot!!Hey everyone, Im back form Vegas! I had an awsome time but its good to be home..with my babies and Zach :-) On my way up there I managed to read one of my books..it was about the intelligence and the emotional lives of animals. It was such a good book! But gah..the concluding statements by Jeffery Moussaieff Masson were very disturbing, there was one part where he was talking about vivisection, and for those of you who dot know..vivisection is basically the "live dissection/experimentation of animals"..its like where they will cut an animals ventral surface to see the inner-workings of their organs, circulatory systems, digestive tracts, and they also usually go into the animals head, cutting the skull of the fully conscious creature to see their neurological workings, after extensive observation, they start toying with things...for example, cutting half of one animals brain out and replacing it with a different half..to see what happens, and how the LIVE creature is or isnt able to function..innocent animals are FULLY CONSCIOUS throughout this entire ordeal and is quite a common practice in labs all over the U.S. Its sick how cruel people are!! He told of one story of a lab researcher doing a vivisection on a dog, and in the dogs dying hours while the scientist was mutilating his insides..the dog looked up into the researchers eyes and licked his hand...the hand of his cold-blooded killer! Its so sad how forgiving and loving animals are, even when they are being tortured and murdered by sick fucks! How someone can perform such grotesque and inhumane acts on the most innocent of beings I will never understand, nor do I ever want to be able to see inside the minds of the sick and twisted, its just awful. Gah..but despite being terrible upsetting "When Elephants Weep" is a VERY VERY good book and of course it just further backs up everything I say when arguing with dumbasses who refuse to believe animals are intelligent, conscious, emotional beings. So before any of you ignorant individuals wish to debate with me on this matter again..get your facts straight...read the book..then we'll see if you still have something to talk about! Out!
