30 minutes have passed by unproductively. i have no site in mind to visit.all i want are mails, but they are not coming.

my left arm is so weak.
i don't know if it is because i haven't slept yet when i went to the gym and lifted weights this morning. after a few rounds of biceps curls, my left arm can't lift even a 2.5 kg anymore.
i'm bored.
