last night at around 10:30 pm i decided to tackle the job of lofting my bed, which turned out to be quite the endeavor. First, i had to move almost everything in my room to one side, and then i removed the matress. Having no room to put it in my small 8'x 12' room, i leaned it up against the door. Then, I attempted to commence the lofting.

Now let me tell you, this is not as easy as it seems. The beds are very resistant to having the sides detached from the frame. After much pulling and repeated flipping of the entire bed (which i kept accidently banging against the wall and making loud thumps), i flipped the bed upside-down and started pusing down on it. I managed to detach one corner or each side, but the other 2 corners wouldnt budge. So, I grabbed a pillow and started stomping on the frame in each corner. Eventually, with much loudness, i detached the other 2 corners and the whole thing clanged to the floor.

Then, I finagled with the frame to reattach it on the top level. After achieving this, i flipped the bed right side up, but the mattress back on, made the bed, and it looked nice and snazzy.

Today i rearranged my room and i have a lot more space now. And there is room under my lofted bed, so i think im going to trow a bean bag chair or something under there and hang some blue christmas lights. It will look sooooo cool! yay.

anyway no one is still reading this. good day.
