The other side of the coin, the happier side :)

So amongst the shock of reality, there is a slither of joy.

Amidst ungrateful parents complaining to three levels above my head, taking for granted all the leaders' service in guiding, while their child is the one that misbehaves - but it is our fault apparently. While my colleague swore at me because he thought I was talking bullsh** and lying when I told him why I wanted to be an architect, just because he needed to vent his own frustration of not being Norman Foster himself...

Elspeth, who is a blind guider, saw that I was organising a Thinking Day Service, and as soon as I sent out the programme, said she would put together a CD of world music to play. That really saved me a lot of worry, and last minute panic. She has a good list of music already. What a genius, and how kind to offer. Victoria also made the big 100 for the activity during the service.

I recently signed on a client who wanted to build a really sustainable house and work towards saving the world's resources too. They are really keen to have their house built to be as environmentally sound and zero carbon as possible.

Thank God there are some who are with me to make this world a better place afterall. :)
