1. Happy Chinese New Year! This weekend was spent eating lots of yummy Chinese food at my uncle's place in San Jose. Needless to say, productivity was not very high, though it was on par with any other weekend.
2. Why, oh why, am I in California the first time there's heavy snowfall in State College? Ah, well, at least I'm enjoying 70 degree weather. Take that, people in the northeast. :-p
3. Never, never, never get behind in reading. Having to read 70 pages a day for a week is not fun.
4. I've gotten addicted to
Blackshift. Again. Incidentally, if you have a lot of time on your hands... this game is absolutely superb.
5. What's so great about Vista? Besides that I'll be able to play Halo 2 on it?
6. How do I manage to fall off my bicycle? Again? This is, incidentally, absolutely not connected to my efforts to perfect riding without hands.
7. Valentine's Day was a semi-fiasco. The dorm's sophomores rolled out all the freshmen at 7:15am, handed us roses, and marched us off to breakfast. Personally I enjoyed the whole deal, but there's been moaning and whining among some people, for being awoken early, or for being charged a meal when they didn't go (as the dorm staff had pre-charged all of our cards for breakfast for that day). Honestly, people, suck it up.
8. We beat Oregon in basketball. This makes things quite interesting. Perhaps we'll get ranked again?
That is all.
