Some people drive like fricken idiots in the parking lot though...I almost got into a head-on-collision...
Is it MY fault for driving 10 mph in a parking lot with the speed limit of 10 mph?
Or is it HIS fault for driving 40 mph in a parking lot with the speed limit of 10 mph?
