28 more days. I'm both ready to go and trying to get as much in as possible. Last night I cut my heal open and had to get stitches from my friend at the Navy hospital.
Things I miss from the USA:
-toilet seats
-clean drinking water
-free re-fills on soda
-Chinese food
-Tai Food
-American Food
-Real TV, no more of this AFN (Armed Forces Network) crap with subliminal messages about how you should live your life.
-Paying for things in American Dollars and not the horrible exchange rated Euros
-Safe driving! (Sicily is the most expensive place in the WORLD that American car companies will insure)
-Friends and family
-Biking around
-The lack of umbrella girls (prostitutes)
- Mild weather
- Rain
-Not having to go in though security to get in and out of my house.
