I started the day off kinda badly with my food choices, but! I made my own sloppy joes :o which isn't as bad for you as you might think, btw! (there's more vegetables than i usually eat in one serving xD) There is SOME sugar, but just 3-4 tablespoons in the whole pot.. so i don't think it's horrible. And if i stick to my one serving rule it's totally okay i think :)
I should start adding different exercises at some point too, but i dunno if i should start all this so suddenly, you know? Maybe spend a couple of weeks just using the treadmill and get my body used to doing things? (hmm) i'll be thinking :O
also, i'm not spending any time thinking about what i'm gonna say here, soo.. if it feels a bit disjointed you know why xD
