Trying so hard to exercise and eat better..
Completely failing at the exercise (besides my two basketball nights a week). I need to start every day with SOMETHING. If i let the day go too long i lose any effort.
And the food. Welll.. it's better. but still not enough vegetables and too many noodles!!( MY BANE DX)
I had a cookie thing last night too, (first sweet thing in a couple weeks) and i didn't like it really.
Maybe it was just a bad cookie though..
