Sunday Mornings

 It never ceases to amaze me
how much my emotions can rage
how confusing they can be
and yet all it takes some times
is a quiet Sunday morning
while everyone else is asleep
to give me the clarity to find voice for them
and to bring tranquility
to the sea within my soul.
