I recently started driving. Got an 03 Sentra. I've started to notice a bunch of things that I only really heard people talk about.
Things like Tobi hating yellow lights, I think I finally understand why. It's like im going the speed limit, that light has been green for an awful long time, do I speed up to make sure I make it? Do I keep my speed constant and make it, does it turn yellow at that perfect distance where either you run half a red or you slam on your brakes? Every yellow light is life or death decision, a shot of adrenaline every 15min...
I always thought it was a ridiculous stereotype, and that it couldnt be true that ALL the people that drive trucks drive like maniacs. Well I dont think its so ridiculous anymore. I hope I am wrong, I hope I only notice more because the vehicle is considerably larger than any other vehicle.
Why is it that having a "heavy-foot" and being "light-footed" both mean going fast?
