So it's time to tell you about my weekend... Went out to the ranch at about nine... We cleaned stalls, yay! lol (We is Barb, Mike, Claire, Carl, Andrew and Brenton, oh, and me, ofcourse) Had some lunch, and headed back down the the barn. I got to ride Barney... He's new but he has an awful name, so Claire and I decided to call him Bosh instead. But he has a sore back, and now so do I. He was kind of lazy, hard to get moving. But I asked him to canter and he started bucking, probably due to his sore back, but now my back hurts! *sniffles* lol... I'm not complaining though. Then we went back up to the lodge to get ready for the banquet! YES! LOL... Had a shower, did my hair, whoopdedoo. Carl cut his face shaving with a girls blade (shhhh, you're not supposed to know that) and was trying to tell everyone that it was because of a surfing accident. Then Andrew and I went downstairs to wait for everyone to finish getting ready. While he was playing Mario, and keeping me entertained this old man walks into the staff lounge and sits down, and starts talking... He when on for AGES about the "good old days"... But he was talking more to Andrew, and since Andrew was playing a game I decided it was safe to leave. It wasn't, according to Andrew safe to leave. He got a little upset that I left him to fend for himself, but not really, it was funny... I'm never going to live that one down. Anyways, I helped Claire get ready and then we went back down to the staff lounge to see how Andrew was doing. Thank goodness the man was gone, but then again, I got told off ;) But yes, then we went upstairs into the dining hall to great people. There was a huge kerfufle about seating arrangements... Our table was the place to be, but there was only eight chairs, and there were like fourteen people wanting to sit at our table, and poor little Andrew has to shoo everyone away. In the end it worked out great, it was Mike, Claire, Barb, Megan, Andrew, Carl, Kirstin, Todd and me... But thats nine people you say... We added an extra chair! MUWAHAHAHA! We had some dinner, it was pretty good. Claire and I had a little chat, yes... hmmm... Then it was time for dessert! YAY! It was chocolate fondu, but it was the coolest thing ever because the chocolate came out of fountains!!!! You put your fruit on a toothpick and stick it under the falling chocolate! It was SOOOOOOO yummy... Oh, and there was stories of a rampant moose sticking his head through the window and eating Andrew's chocolate covered strawberries. Then we took down the tables and settled in for the "entertainment". Claire and I had planned on putting on our capes one last time, but we forgot... There was a skit, I still think we should have sung our sheep song. There were some speakers, it was a little boring. OH, and a slide show, but I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't really see who was in the pictures... Then it was time for people to leave, but first we all got mugs with chocolates in them :) YAY! But I forgot mine in Barb's room... We talked with random people for a little while, until the party died down into board games... Carl was in such a weird mood, he's lactose intolerant but he had like three pounds of chocolate, not a good combo. But it's the weirdest thing because his reaction to lactose makes him seem drunk, it's hilarious! So somehow we got the marvelous idea to push Claire down the stairs in Stringy's empty computer box. It was really funny! Then we talked to Kim before her Kara and Elsa went down to the barn to pick up the kittens. After that it was just me and Carl, so we decided to "explore" the lodge... As if we don't know exactly where every thing is! LOL! So we headed down to the staff lounge, and I peeked my head inside, but the light was off so I couldn't see anything. So I turned on the light, just to be scarred! It was Mike and Claire cuddling on the couch... I quickly flick the lights back out and totally panic! WHAT DO WE DO!!!! We run! LOL! So we run back up stairs. In the process falling up them, twas great. Then we get the bright idea to go up the other set of stairs, but the lights were out, and not working and it was super scary!!! LOL! We both were freaked out of our minds and in a frantic rush to get back down the stairs we both ended up falling into a heap. It was so funny. But then we had to tackle the hallway! It was so scary! AHHHHHH!!!! No, but seriously it was incredibly oppressive. So we thought that we would take it from the other end, but those lights don't work. So yet again we go up the other stairs and turn on the lights, but the next set of lights are in the depths of the scariness! No was that was happening. So we went down to the staff lounge to see if Mike and Claire were still there, which they weren't, thankgoodness. So we crashed onto the couches and Carl started singing the stupidest songs ever. Did I mention that during this whole expedition he was wearing a crown and holding a cane? No? Well he was. That is when he decides to tell me why he asked if his eyes were watering (He asked me earlier...). The reason is because when demons are around his eyes water and he gets a funny little scar on his forehead. So it totally confirmed my suspicions of the hallways. So we go upstairs to try and tackle it one last time. So we prayed, then Mike came upstairs. He thought we were weird, but I made him come with us. So I had Mike on one side, and Carl on the other (they're such good big brothers) And we walked all the way down the hallways, and down the boy's wing. And Mike opened doors to the rooms. We had conquered the hallway!!! LOL! That sounds so stupid, but if you were there, you would understand. Then it was time to figure out where I was going to sleep. Decided to sleep on the floor in Megan's room. We got to bed at like three in the morning. In the morning Megan got up at like eight, and apparently when her alarm went off I sat straight up in bed, and the flopped over... I don't remember that at all!!! I finally woke up at like ten thirty, and there was no one around. So I decided to go down to the barn and see if Barb was still down there... But she wasn't so I played with the kittens for a little bit. And then I came back up, got changed and grabe a granola bar. Then I went down into the staff lounge and watched Superman 4... It's the cheesiest movie ever! It's so great!!! I went upstairs after it was over and no one was up still, so I settled into Barb's bed and started reading a book. Finally the boys woke up, and they went downstairs to watch Endless Summer 2. I went downstairs and they were in the nurses office, cleaning Carl's cuts. It took like twenty minutes for Mike to declare him sanitary! LOL! It was really funny. Then we went downstairs to watch Endless Summer 2, and have some food. (bagels with melted cheese are SO good). And at about 3:30 we finally decided to head home. So we packed up our stuff and went to move Cassandra closer to the lodge (Carl packs SO much stuff... He's like a girl... He had twice as much as I did) but she wouldn't start. Finally she did, you should have seen the look on Carl's face, it was priceless. But yeah, a pretty non-exciting ride home. Got home, did some homework and then Kara and Francis came to pick me up to go swing dancing. It was so much fun, but I was exhausted!!! They had a live band, and they took a break, but they took sooooo long that Francis and I came to the conclusion that one of them got their hand stuck down the toilet... Might not sound funny now, but you have to understand that I was incredibly sleep deprived. And we decided that it was the pianist's hand... And yes, that was my weekend!

AHH! Crazy things are happening, everything is changing... I don't know how I'm going to deal. Why do bad things have to happen? ARG! It just really frustrates me.
