1) Mohinder slept with Sylar a grand total of one time, shortly after they found Dale's body. It was very sweet and hurt/comfort and everything, and Mohinder was half in love with him when he got up later that night and did a google search about Sylar to make sure that Dale's body had been found by the proper authorities...
2) Everytime Sylar needed to pretend being lovey-dovey with Maya was a turn on for him, he pictured Mohinder's face when he'd pinned him to the ceiling.
3) Maya's first lover was a woman named Jennifer Gonzales, who was doing research in the area roughly a year before the events of season two. Alejandro never knew about this; Maya sometimes thinks that the reason her ability is so destructive is a result of this 'abomination' she committed. Her relationship with 'Gabriel' was as much about trying to normalize herself sexually as it was getting rid of her power.
